We kindly ask you not to bring a camera or a mobile phone with you on the river, but you can take it with you and live it in our van. GoPro and other action cameras are allowed also on the river.
The maximum weight is 120 kg / 255 lbs for all activities. However, it is up to the trip leader to decide who is physically appropriate to participate.
Most of the time rain and wind don’t change our schedule, although after a lot of rain the river can rise to such a level where we can’t operate safely anymore. This only happens 2-3 times a season, and we try to inform our participants in advance. After all rafting is a water sport, so we get wet anyway and the more it rains, the higher the water level gets which makes the splashes even bigger:)
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are not accepted and the participants have to pay the whole price whether they are present on the trip or not.
Please visit our terms and conditions page for a complete description of our cancellation policy.
Some medical conditions may prohibit you from participation but most will not. If you do have a medical condition, it is very important that you inform our staff prior to participation. If you require medication for your condition (e.g. Ventalin, Antihistamines, Insulin), you will need to bring that with you in case it is needed.
